Staying active keeps your hip muscles strong and keeps those joints lubricated. Try low-impact activities like walking or swimming to start if you’re not used to high level activity. - Stretch, Stretch, Stretch
Yep, I said it three times, but it’s that important! Simple stretches like a figure 4 stretch or runners stretch can help loosen things up. Just a few minutes a day can make a huge difference.
